# Tokenomics

**The Points & Rewards Economy**

Novasphere (Base) operates on a "Contribution First" model. Before the official token launch, the ecosystem is fueled by **Protocol Points**, which serve as a direct measure of a user's value and loyalty within the network.

**A. Point Generation & Utility**

Points are the core unit of account in the Novasphere pre TGE phase. They represent a user’s future share in the ecosystem.

* **Proof of Effort:** Points are earned through active mining, daily check ins, and completing social quests.
* **Conversion Power:** Upon the **Token Generation Event (TGE)**, accumulated points will be convertible into the official Novasphere native token.
* **The Conversion Ratio:** The final ratio will be determined by the total protocol points generated and the user's final **Tier (Bronze to Diamond)**.

**B. The "Safety Key" Mechanism (NFT Badges)**

Unlike traditional point systems, Novasphere introduces **Weekly NFT Badges** as a layer of security and multiplier:

* **Mining Boost:** Holding a badge increases the mining speed (multiplier) for point generation.
* **Allocation Guarantee:** Badges act as a "Safety Key" to secure a user's token allocation during TGE, filtering out bot activity and rewarding genuine participants.
* **Final NFT Whitelist:** Collecting the full set of 4 badges (**Genesis, Lunar, Solar Core, Galactic**) is the exclusive requirement for a **Whitelist (WL)** spot for the **Final NFT**, which will hold the highest utility in the post launch ecosystem.

**C. Tier Based Distribution**

To ensure a fair and sustainable economy, token distribution will prioritize long term miners:

* **Elite Rewards:** Users in the **Diamond** and **Platinum** tiers will receive priority during the conversion process and potential bonuses.
* **Sybil Protection:** The integration of Google Accounts, Wallet signatures, and NFT Badge requirements ensures that tokens are distributed to real, active users, preventing dilution by automated bots.

**D. TGE Strategy (Classified)**

Details regarding the total supply, ticker, and specific contract addresses remain **Confidential** to protect the integrity of the mining phase. This "Stealth Approach" prevents market manipulation and ensures that only the most dedicated community members are rewarded during the initial launch phase.
